Help us run the room.

Every PyDelhi meetup is put together by volunteers, most of whom came to one as an attendee first. Pick what you're good at, or tell us something new.

Volunteer with us

Where you fit in.

Pick one, or a few. Every card opens the same short Google Form so we can say hello.

Before the meetup Graphic design Posters, slides and the social cards for every meetup. Before the meetup CFP review Read talk proposals and help speakers shape them. On the day Photography Capture speakers, the crowd and the moments in between. On the day On-ground Registrations at the door, setup, chai and keeping time. Any time Social media Announce updates, market it, post live from the room. Any time Content writing Event pages, blog recaps and the odd newsletter. Any time Video editing Cut reels, talk recordings and event highlights. Something else Photos, mentoring, a venue, an idea. Tell us what you'd like to do.
